Remote Videoconferencing Sites for Victims in Charleston and Spartanburg
|
The videoconferencing sites give victims the opportunity to participate in the parole or pardon process. At the sites, victims communicate with the South Carolina Board of Paroles and Pardons and interact with them in real-time, just as if they were appearing before the Board in Columbia. Victims should contact the Office of Victim Services at 1-888-551-4118 (toll free) or 803-734-9367 at least two weeks in advance of the hearing to register their attendance.
