Victim Services Coordinators

To increase the Department’s commitment to provide comprehensive services to crime victims, the Department employs Victim Services Coordinators (VSC) throughout the state. The coordinators are available to provide information and assistance to victims of offenders under the Department’s supervision. The VSC is the contact person for victims if they have questions about their cases. All VSC’s have prior agent experience and are knowledgeable of the criminal justice system.

The Coordinators provide notification to victims and are trained to make referrals as needed. If the victim wishes to attend a violation hearing, the VSC will accompany the victim and explain the hearing process to them.
