The South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services is committed to providing far-reaching support to victims and their families:
- Working with victims to ensure that their rights are protected and they are not "re-victimized" by the judicial system;
- Collecting restitution from offenders and distributing it to victims and their families;
- Maintaining ongoing communication so victims are not "left in the dark" about matters related to their cases; and helping to restore their quality of life.
The Office of Victim Services is committed to providing quality
