Law Enforcement Graduation

The mission of the Basic Law Enforcement program (BLE) as mandated by South Carolina Law is to provide the officer candidate (to include newly hired PPP Agents) with the necessary knowledge, skills, and the abilities to perform the duties of a certified law enforcement officer in the state of South Carolina. 

• The Basic Law Enforcement training program is currently twelve weeks in duration.
• Upon completion of the training the candidate will be a certified Class 1 Law Enforcement Officer.
• A candidate must complete training within the first twelve months of employment.

All Basic Law Enforcement Graduations are held in the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy Gymnasium at 10:00am on the date specified.

Due to the pandemic, public seating is limited and guests must have a ticket to attend.
