Supervision & Rehab

Community Providers

Glossary of Terms

Many individuals under supervision are ordered by the court, board, or releasing authority to complete treatment or programming (e.g., substance use treatment, sex offender treatment, or mental health counseling) to address their criminogenic needs. Additionally, staff may identify additional needs while developing and monitoring an individual’s supervision plan. Individuals are referred to internal and external treatment and service providers approved by SCDPPPS and in SCDPPPS’ Service Provider Directory.
