The South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services is accepting applications for the Department's Service Referral listing. The listing will be used to refer offenders under the supervision of the Department for rehabiliatative services, at the offender's expense, in the following services fields: Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Sex Offender Treatment, Vocational and Employment Services, Emotional and Relational Services, and Intellectual Impairment Services. If you are interested in being included on the SCDPPPS Services Referral Listing, please follow the instructions below.

For State Wide Applications
Send or fax a completed Service Provider Application to the address listed below. Your Service Provider Application will be processed by the state office.

For Local or County Applications
Mail or fax a completed Service Provider Application to the SCDPPPS county office where services will be provided. A separate application should be submitted to each location you intend to serve. The Agent-in-Charge of the county office will process your application.
