Whistleblower Protections for a Report of Wrongdoing
An explanation of what constitutes wrongdoing, a definition of "report" for reporting wrongdoing, a list of appropriate authorities to whom a report of wrongdoing may be made, and a description of the protections available to an employee who reports wrongdoing may be accessed here. It is our policy not to collect any personal information when you visit our website unless you affirmatively choose to make such information available to us. We do not install cookies.

In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.
